I've chosen to share my story rather than prioritize my employment because I believe there's value in revealing what I've experienced. Enduring unaddressed workplace issues and harassment has provided me with valuable insights and a deeper understanding. Accepting a paycheck from an organization that disregards my safety no longer aligns with my values. Unfortunately, this realization didn't come to me easily.
